What's New at The Enclave
KOKES ENCLAVE COMMUNITY OFFERS “QUICK DELIVERY” HOMES
The Kokes Family, builders of resort communities for those 55-and-over, has announced the offering of a limited number of quick delivery homes at The Enclave at the Fairways reported Sima Parisi, vice president of sales and a community resident. She added the company is offering savings of up to $35,000 on these homes during the month of October.
Parisi said she, along with Enclave sales counselors, occasionally meet with buyers who want a newly constructed home but simply can’t wait for a house to be built from the ground up. “Reasons for the need to move quickly vary,” she said, “but the fact remains that these people can’t wait a year to relocate.”
As a result, the Kokes Family maintains a limited inventory of both fully completed as well as virtually completed homes to accommodate buyers who have no choice but to move fast. She added that many of these properties can generally be ready for occupancy within 30 to 90 days from contract signing. Those that require interior finishing according the buyer’s specifications can be prepared for move-in condition within four to five months from the date of purchase.
Parisi stressed that many of these quick delivery homes are on premium sites and feature walk-up attic storage room, sunroom and / or screened porch, and gas fireplace depending upon the specific home.
Jerry Kokes, a company principal said, “Especially impressing potential buyers are the items we now include in our kitchens at no additional charge. All homes come fully equipped with deluxe General Electric appliances which include a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, a range with extra large sealed burners, a space saver microwave oven, and a super capacity quiet power dishwasher.” Kokes added that kitchens also include granite counter tops with a choice of edging, ceramic tiled flooring, 42-inch Aristokraft kitchen cabinetry with three door styles and a choice of ten finishes.
“We’ve worked very hard to build into our homes those features that score high with buyers right down to items such as Kohler fixtures, Silverline Andersen double pane windows, upgraded Progress lighting fixtures, wall cabinets in the laundry room, and a garage with a fully finished painted interior.”
He emphasized that the Kokes Family has opened a new neighborhood within the Enclave. He added that many of the sites feature private wooded back yards, and are within walking distance of the community’s clubhouse. “The expansive clubhouse boasts a multi-level design with an elevator. Also of importance is that the indoor heated pool is completely enclosed in glass which provides an unobstructed view of the grounds.”
Complimenting the onsite recreational offerings is the Eagle Ridge Golf Club which is literally around the corner. The golf club, built by the Kokes Family and open to the public, features GPS equipped golf carts, a 27-hole, par 72 professionally designed course, clubhouse with a pro shop, driving range and practice putting green. Banquet facilities as well as The View Restaurant and lounge are among other attractions. Kokes also emphasized that the company has reintroduced the Peace of Mind Program which originated over 40 years ago. He said the program has completely eliminated the possibility of owning two homes at the same time for hundreds of Kokes community buyers. “If for some reason, one of our buyers cannot sell their existing house within six months we will return the buyer’s deposit in full without penalty of any kind,” he stated. “Additionally, we will lock-in today’s price even if our construction costs rise.”
