What's New at The Enclave
WIDE VARIETY OF HOMES OFFERED AT KOKES’ ENCLAVE COMMUNITY
The Kokes Organization, a family business and builders of communities for those 55-and-over throughout Ocean County has announced that all eight home styles offered at The Enclave at The Fairways, a Lake Ridge community, are attracting buyers that span the entire spectrum of active adults reported Jan Kokes, president of the Kokes Organization.
According to Kokes, residents include active singles and couples, many who continue to work both full and part time. "We attribute the significant diversity of buyers to the wide variety of home styles we offer as well as our location and the recreational outlets here," he said. “We offer both single and multi-level homes ranging from 1,668 square feet upwards to over 3,000 square feet.” He added that the newly introduced Ashford model is selling particularly well.
Kokes also noted that buyers are pleased with the company’s Peace of Mind program which has benefited hundreds of Kokes community buyers. “This program is designed to lock in today’s pricing and assist buyers who have concerns about selling their existing house in order to purchase a new home at one of our Lake Ridge communities. If after six months the Lake Ridge buyer’s house doesn't sell, the deposit we hold in escrow will be refunded in full without penalty of any kind.”
Sima Parisi, vice president of sales and a Lake Ridge community resident, pointed out that in addition to the Peace of Mind program, buyers are impressed by the upgraded kitchen items which were previously charged as options. “Now, at no extra charge, all homes come fully equipped with deluxe General Electric appliances which include a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, a range with extra large sealed burners, a space saver microwave oven, and a super capacity quiet power dishwasher.” Parisi added that kitchens also include granite counter tops with a choice of edging, ceramic tiled flooring, and 42-inch Aristokraft kitchen cabinetry in a choice of ten finishes with three door styles.
“We build into our homes those features that active adults want right down to items such as Kohler fixtures, Silverline Andersen double pane windows, Progress lighting fixtures, wall cabinets in the laundry room, and a garage with a fully finished painted interior,” Parisi said.
Parisi emphasized that the Kokes family’s 45 years of experience of building active adult communities, and most importantly listening to home buyers, has again resulted in another successful community. “We saved the very best homesites for last.” She said many of the remaining sites feature private wooded back yards, and are within walking distance of the community’s clubhouse.
“The expansive clubhouse boasts a multi-level design with an elevator. Also of importance is that the indoor heated pool, open during the winter months, is completely enclosed in glass which provides an unobstructed view of the grounds.”
Complimenting the onsite recreational offerings is the Eagle Ridge Golf Club which is literally around the corner and open to the public. The golf club, built by the Kokes Organization, features a 27-hole professionally designed course, clubhouse with a pro shop, driving range and practice putting green. Banquet facilities as well as The View Restaurant and lounge are among other attractions. Parisi also said that unlike other golf clubs associated with an active adult community, Eagle Ridge is a separate entity supported by membership dues and other sources of income. "Residents of the Lake Ridge family of communities are not required to join; therefore, golf club expenses are not a part of the homeowners' association maintenance fee." He added that 40 percent of Eagle Ridge members are Lake Ridge residents.
